Hey everyone. It’s Bethany Finch with American-made Home Solutions. And I know it’s getting close to Christmas time. So everybody’s excited about getting some new things. I know I like new things and I know many others like new things, but more importantly about the Christmas season. It’s more about the giving than it is the gift and so one of the times one of the things that happens is when we’re bombarded with social media.

We have Instagram and Facebook and Linkedin and Twitter and they’re making new ones all the time and YouTube and all these things. It’s easy to miss things, but it’s also easy to miss things that are new that are important to us and we don’t want you to miss out on anything. So what we would like you to do is we would like you to encourage you right now. You’re probably watching this video on Facebook or LinkedIn something of that sort, but we want to encourage you to go to our YouTube channel and subscribe so that every time we post new information out there it lets you know, then if you’re interested and you want to watch the video, it’ll give you an alert or let you know, there’s something new posted. Otherwise, it’s so easy to miss this once a month we’re going to be doing an educational video that for many of you you’re going to love or just absolutely love for me the teacher gets to come out and gets to geek out a little bit. So I’m excited about that. But the best way to learn is to teach and one of the things that we do is we’re constantly learning and constantly growing and doing things differently or doing things better. So learning is also part of that faylene and getting back up and along with the vocabulary that we’re changing because it’s not about failure. It’s about learning and what we can do differently or what we can do better things like that. So in doing so we want to share that with you so many times people have said ‘wow Bethany, if I would have known that that would have helped me tremendously’ and we just don’t think to tell someone else, so we want to do that for you. So to do that, you need to follow us either on our social media Pages our Facebook page our Twitter, Instagram, our LinkedIn, But more importantly on our YouTube page because our once a month training will be in a video format. It may be a webinar where we actually are or introducing something else like this and it’ll be a little bit lengthier. So it’s not something you’re going to catch on the social media platform. So we want to make sure that you go to our YouTube page and sign up so that you could subscribe. That’s the word every page has a different one and YouTube It’s called subscribing. So it’s not liking, it’s not following, its ‘subscribe’. So subscribe to the page and then that way you can be informed about upcoming things. So for instance those of you that are interested in flips will be going through some of the different systems that we use and giving you the opportunity to learn and grow some of those kinds of things and some of the things that we’re doing a little differently, as we’ve gained experience and knowledge and what’s working and what’s not things like that.

Others of you that are interested in passive income. We’re going to be going through different things along the syndication lines, things that are important to you guys. But also some of the markets were in why we’re in those markets what we like about them, as well as other passive income opportunities, products and tools and things that are out there. There’s so many things that you’re just not hearing that’s out there like did you know you can use life insurance as an investment tool?

Who knew, right? They’re not broadcasting this right Chase and Wells Fargo and bees you and all them. They don’t make money on those kinds of products. So they don’t promote them and those are the big ones that are out there putting that educational piece out there. So we want to help get that back into your hands. For those of you that are just looking to grow and understand and want to know more about real estate. We’re going to have that kind of stuff out there too. So it’s only going to be once a month it may or may not be on the exact same day of the month. It might be at a completely different time. So we don’t want you to miss it. So, make sure that you subscribe to the YouTube video at American Made Home Solutions, and when you do that way it’ll update and let you know, upcoming videos or new things that have been posted things like that, and that way you’ll see it in your feed or however notifies you. That way. It’ll keep you up-to-date and you won’t miss anything and you’ll be able to keep going and growing and plus, I mean, come on, really you’ll get to see my funny face and all the crazy stuff I do, but also you’ll get to learn right along with me, which is what we want to do. We want to help and be a blessing to you that this holiday season brings. Joy and excitement for your new year, but also hope for a better tomorrow.
