One of the things I love about the PNW is all summer long you can usually find some out door theater group. Many of them will be performing some Shakespeare play, while others will be a chance for kids to practice their acting skills. It is always fun, very relaxed and the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful outdoors, as long as you have bug spray ;-).
This particular show we got to see Shakedown Shakespeare’s much ado about nothing and Henry VII. Both were great productions and we had a great time. We had quite the adventure finding the Henry VII as it was in a new park to us. Which is also fun, finding new places to go.
This park was down by the fauntleroy ferry terminal and you may not even see the park there as it is kind of tucked back and away. It was so big we were dropping pins in our Google maps to tell our friends were and try to find each other. It was quite comical.
I love how hard our local communities work to bring folks out of their homes and enjoy life together. It truly is part of the spirit of the NW.
Well I need to get to the air show so
Until the next adventure….
