The Diary of a Remote Rv Investor- episode 84

Birds of a feather flock together. You may not have seen them, but they are in the 2nd pic here. Yes it is the new hybrid pink flamingo that travels to all the rv parks. This new breed of flamingos are so much better to have around. They provide a welcome distraction in your space, while giving a splash of color. They can have a large flock or small flock. They are definitely fun to watch for sure. They come in all colors, not just pink, even dalmatian spotted or tiger striped.

While it has been fun to see the new and different ones at each of the various places we stop for a bit, it has been more fun to watch the humans. You see when you start doing something outside of the box, it allows others to ask themselves if they could or would ever want to do something similar. So it has been very fun to watch others come alive and realize they truly have options and some might just be more fun.

One of these amazing humans was a longtime escrow agent of ours. You see her in this picture, Dawn Barry. We first met back in 2017 when she closed one of our real estate deals. Back then she was with First American, then she moved to Modus, and now is with Stewart Title. We have enjoyed working with her and her team on many of our deals. Her husband decided it was time to retire from fire fighting and so they were talking about what they might do. We had met for lunch and was able to talk about all the different areas we’ve been to and help them dream.

So when our Florida team needs us every winter, we were excited to be able to meet up with her and her hubby since they retired to Clermont, Florida. They have a beautiful home in a great area and it was great fun to get together and play trailer park wars with them and new friends and go to church with them. Mostly it was fun to see them enjoying this new season of their lives.

Life is full of adventure for those who are willing to step outside and see it. Where’s your next adventure taking you?
