If you’ve had tenants that have lived there for even six months up to a year, those units, if they’re not being cleaned regularly, the buildup can be pretty extensive and the smell lingers. There are smells or odors, whether it be from smoke or pets or just unclean things, that tend to stay. As a landlord, you have to figure out how to get rid of those smells, or how to get rid of those buildup starting from all over the kitchens, the stove tops, overhead grills, the bathtubs, and the bathrooms, and all your white surfaces.
